Wine Education
	The Vintage Station "Wine Education Series" is designed to take a wine novice from the basics to a level of understanding that will leave them very comfortable ordering, pairing, tasting, discussing, and enjoying wine. The Wine 101 Series covers the most basic aspects of growing grapes and making wine, and analyzes the most popular white and red varieties. The Wine 201 Series investigates the major wine producing regions of the world, the wines made there, and lastly looks into wine and food pairing. The sessions are presented by Mike Joyner and consist of lecture and slide presentation. Sipping a little vino during the sessions is not required, but is certainly acceptable and encouraged. The cost varies based on the wines poured.
