Big News!

Clark Brennan

We are proud to announce the addition of Clark Brennan to the Vintage Station management team. On Monday August 3rd, 2009 Clark took control as General Operations Manager of Vintage Station.

Because of his many years of experience with the Brennan family's restaurants around the southeast, we are expecting an exciting future for Vintage Station.
Sure We Focus on The Wine...
but we also have a full service bar with liquor and beer.

The West Wing

The "West Wing" is now available for your private functions as well as providing more seats for our busier evenings. The room can accommodate forty to fifty persons. Information for bookings and reservations of the "West Wing" will be published soon. But.. in the mean time, if you have a need for an event room for a meeting or a party, let us know.

Vintage Station's West Wing

Stop by, have a glass of wine, and take a look. We would love to see you!
Got a Question Concerning Wine?

If you have a question about wine such as "Is a particular wine available in Mississippi?" or "What wines would be a good pairing for a particular menu?" we will be delighted to help. Just email Tia with your question. Tia will do the research and get back to you as soon as possible.
Tasting Tuesdays

On Tuesdays from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm, you will find five bottles of wine, white and red, on the table in our main room. Tia will be pouring "tasting" samples to entice you to venture into new territories in your wine experience.

For $10 we will pour a taste of each wine. We know you are going to find some wonderful new worlds to explore!   And.. if you find a wine you like in our samples, we will extend a 10% discount on a bottle or a glass during the "tasting" time frame.
Coming Events

We are planning many events that you are sure to enjoy. Now that we have the "West Wing", we will be presenting Wine Tastings, Educational Forums, Special Guests (like wine makers and Sommeliers), and Diners and Pairings on a regular basis. We also plan to open the room for college and professional sports events. So.. Keep up with our calendar; you are sure to find something that interest you!

We will be including events in future new letters as well as listing them on our web site calendar at www.vintagestation.com.
The Vintage Station Web Site

You will now find a "Calendar of Events" on our web site www.vintagestation.com. We will soon be publishing listings of all coming events such as, private parties, educational forums, special guests, and wine tastings. Check it out and add it to your favorites so you don't miss any events at Vintage Station.
Did you know?…

Grapes are not generally grown from seeds because grapes start out as blossoms that are fertilized by the pollen of another vine. If the fertilizing vine is a different grape type, then the seed will be the "offspring" of both vines. Cuttings are more predictable when you are trying to get the same type of grape each time you harvest.

On July 1, 2009 a new Mississippi law allows you to purchase a bottle of wine at Vintage Station and… if you don't drink it all, we can re-seal it and you can take it with you when you leave.
